Employment: Advising and representing employers on all issues such as disciplinary, discrimination, unfair dismissal, TUPE and Tribunals.

Environment & Waste: Providing advice to clients in a variety of sectors on a range of environmental compliance, consenting, operational and enforcement issues including defending prosecutions.
