Tavernier Tschanz handles corporate and commercial matters dealing with all aspects of corporate life, ranging from general corporate issues (setting up and legal management of companies, corporate governance, restructuring of a company’s share capital, setting up and organisation of branches, companies or subsidiaries in Switzerland, shareholders and voting agreements, stock option plans and other employees incentives plans, etc.) to a wide variety of transactions (group organisation and structures, business organisation, inter-company relationships, financing and refinancing, etc.) and this through the whole corporate life from start-ups to business recovery and companies reorganisation in difficult times.

Corporate Transactions:
Tavernier Tschanz has a strong expertise and very extensive practice in corporate finance advising clients on all types of transactions such as M&A, takeovers, LBOs, MBOs, MBIs, restructuring, divestitures, spin-offs, as well as general domestic and international finance. Over the last few years, Tavernier Tschanz has been very active in the field of M&A and has participated in a number of important international and national acquisitions involving privately held companies or companies listed on a stock exchange either in Switzerland or abroad. Tavernier Tschanz has also a leading position in the private equity and venture capital scene, having regularly advised over the past fifteen years a number of investment banks, private equity and venture capital funds, corporate venture funds, private investors and companies.

Banking & Finance:
