Dispute Resolution:
The firm’s dispute resolution team handles all types of national and international commercial disputes. Services include early-stage strategic input and risk analyses, representing clients in court proceedings, Swedish and international arbitration, regulatory investigations etc. The group is headed by Andreas Eriksson alongside founding partner Peter Danowsky, both of whom are also regularly appointed as arbitrators.

Intellectual Property & Marketing:
Danowsky & Partners is cited by several international publications as one of Sweden’s leading intellectual property law firms. The IP and Marketing team advises clients on matters involving intellectual property, marketing law, competition law and public procurement. The team has extensive experience and expertise in IP portfolio services and sales as well as disputes regarding misuse of IP rights and allegations of infringement. The practice also has a strong emphasis on gaming and lottery law. Ulf Isaksson is head of the team.

Media & IT:
