Corporate & M&A:
Ploum has an experienced M&A team consisting of seven partners (including notaries) and a pool of 20 experienced associates. The corporate team specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and banking and finance issues, including termination of joint ventures. The team assists buyers and sellers on a daily basis, in deals in a wide variety of sectors, and advises on the whole M&A process.
