Copper mine: acting for the principals in construction, financing, commissioning and operation of 25,000 ton per annum copper mine, including E&S program, and local permits and licenses with community

Energy, Alternative Energy, O&G:
Onshore pipeline to Thailand: development and implementation of a pipeline land acquisition process in accordance with Myanmar laws: acquiring the pipeline land from local villagers and land holders under the Land Acquisition Act of Myanmar, compensation process, legal registration, etc., including site visits. Drafting Environmental Legal Manual
■ Oil and gas companies: advising on PSCs, JOAs, farm-in agreements and other contracts, and MOGE and MIC regulatory process
■ Onshore pipeline to China: drafting and reviewing services contracts, lease agreements, giving legal opinions on tax issues, attending contract negotiation with contractors
Hydropower project: advising on laws, regulations and environmental and social issues
Gas-fired power plant: due diligence on new power plant including all regulatory issues, permits and licenses
Solar project: acted for the lenders on the project financing of the Minbu Solar Project and on the signing of Credit Facility Agreement
