Recent work includes representing AT&T in its $85.4 billion acquisition of Time Warner, and representing United Technologies in its $30 billion acquisition of Rockwell Collins.
Environmental & Natural Resources:
With more than three decades of experience, the group has a national reputation with corporations, trade associations, and others due to its success in shaping regulatory policies and litigating disputes for clients in mining, oil/gas, agriculture, alternative energy, defense and related sectors, such as water/air quality, public land use, endangered species, site cleanup, pesticides, health and safety, and consumer products regulation.
