This practice includes multi-state, multi-lender and multi-currency secured and unsecured financing transactions; real estate finance; convertible debt; subordinated debt and mezzanine financings; tax-advantaged financings; asset-based financings and public/private debt offerings; financial institution formation; mergers and acquisitions; tax credit and regulatory compliance issues; negotiating and structuring incentives; and public finance matters.
