Main Areas of Practice:
Antitrust:

The antitrust practice plays a critical role in the firm’s M&A team, which includes the filing of merger notices and obtaining no-action letters from the Federal Competition Commission. The firm also has significant experience in monopolistic practices procedures and investigations and has also successfully challenged several resolutions from the Federal Competition Commission.

Banking:
The firm has broad experience in bank finance and regulatory work. It regularly represents Mexican and international banks and other financial entities in all aspects of financial transactions and financial regulation.

Energy:
The firm provides legal advice in all types of energy projects, both on regulatory, corporate and financial aspects. It has advised various Mexican and international companies in the opening of the energy sector to private investment, participating in E&P projects, natural gas pipelines, LNG facilities and conventional and renewable electricity projects.

Environmental:
The environmental practice provides services that range from the identification of environmental liabilities and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, to the creation of complete transactional structures designed to minimise exposure and allocate environmental liabilities.

The firm advises in public offers and private placements of securities that take place in Mexico and in the international markets, as well as on asset-backed securities and other structured finance transactions.

Sports & Entertainment:
The firm provides integral advisory services to companies as well as to professional athletes and artists in sports and entertainment.
