Banking, Corporate Finance & Capital Markets:
The firm covers bank finance, debt and equity capital markets, structured finance, trade finance, acquisition finance, derivatives and regulatory matters. Recent highlights include advising VM Holding on its US$700MM bond issuance under Rule 144A and Reg S.; CBC on its US$500MM international issuance; Credicorp on the US$600MM securitisation of CRPAOs for Aeropuertos del Peru; I Squared Capital on a US$450MM financing; Nexa Resources (Votorantim group) on its US$570MM IPO in the New York and the Toronto Stock Exchanges; BBVA, Credicorp, JP Morgan and Citibank on the US$200MM financing of Tecpetrol.

Corporate & M&A:
The firm regularly participates in the largest, most complex and sophisticated M&A transactions. It also provides regular corporate counseling to a significant number of the most important companies operating in Peru. Recent highlights include advising I Squared Capital on its acquisition of Duke Energy International’s regional business for US$1.2Bn; acquisition by CBC of a 100% interest in a subsidiary of Ambev Peru; I Squared Capital on the acquisition of IC Power’s entire Latin American energy portfolio for US$1.2Bn; United health on the takeover of Banmedica regional business via public offering for US$2.8Bn; China Southern Power in its acquisition of Brookfield stake in Transelec for US$ 1.3Bn.

The firm has been involved in the development and financing of some of the most important energy projects in Peru, including hydropower and other renewable projects, LNG and oil and gas projects, as well as transmission facilities.
