Real Estate:

• Represented a fund managed by AXA Real Estate Investment Managers in the divestment of a 18,700 sqm office complex to the listed property company Klövern AB (publ).
• Represented SHH Bostad AB (publ) in a joint venture with Fastighets AB Balder (publ), regarding the development of a residential portfolio (construction by NCC under a partnering agreement), including a forward sale of care facilities to NREP.
