Land Use, Environmental, Natural Resources:
■ Representation of a major bank in connection with obtaining ‘grandfathering’ of prior storm water system in subdivision, thereby saving the bank more than a million dollars in costs that would have been incurred to comply with current storm water requirements
■ Representation of entity in connections with obtaining an ‘after the fact’ county grading permit, saving the client hundreds of thousands of dollars in mitigation costs that state and federal wildlife agencies sought to impose on a punitive basis

■ Representation of Williams Homes in the formation of two joint venture LLCs to acquire and construct single-family homes in Southern California, including preparation of the related PPM and subscription agreements
■ Worked with Georgetown Healthcare Partners on the creation of a new series of LLCs and project specific LLCs to acquire and manage medical office buildings in Leesburg and Richmond Virginia and Ellicott City, Maryland
