■ Ecuadorian business group in an ICC arbitration procedure based in Mexico City, under Ecuadorian and Mexican legislation, in relation to a dispute of approximately US$45 million over the sale of an industrial group to Mexican and US investors
■ Chinese investor in a Combined Dispute Board under CCI rules in relation to an EPC contract for a hydroelectric project of more than US$1.8 billion
■ Ecuadorian company in an arbitration process before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), based in Miami, in relation to a dispute of approximately US$35 million over a provision and installation contract for a hydrocarbon re-refining plant under the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the UNIDROIT principles of international commercial contracts
