Pharma: The team has advised companies such as Merck, Sharp & Dohme, Boehringer Ingelheim, Ecuphar and Smiths Medical for many years dealing with the design and implementation of rebates schemes, defense in relation to the investigations opened over the implementation of wholesale market ‘free price’ systems in the medicines market, dawn raids, sector inquiry and internal training on competition matters.
Chemical: The team has worked with various companies such as Croda, PPG Industries, Huntsman, Peroxychem,, LYRSA Group, Akzo Nobel and TÜV Rheinland. The firm has provided advisory in the defence of the companies and trade associations concerning files opened by the competition authorities in relation to collusive agreements and it has provided internal training on competition matters.
Food: The team has worked with various companies such as Red Bull, Unilever, Danone, IKOFA, PepsiCo or Nestlé and several trade associations related to the food sector. The firm has provided advisory services to its clients on concentrations, arts 101 and 102 compliances, distribution and supply agreements, rebates schemes and it has provided internal training on competition matters.

This team has extensive experience in the representation of companies before the European Court of Justice based in Luxembourg in relation to the sanctions imposed by the EU as a consequence to the Russian reunification of the Peninsula of Crimea and the sanctions imposed on Iran.
