He specializes in dispute resolution - especially complex commercial litigation and ADR/CDR, in particular commercial mediation - with a main focus on competition law as well as IP, IT & Media. He advises clients in all phases and aspects of conflict prevention and resolution – from strategic advice and representation before national and international courts and tribunals to protection and assertion of rights.
