Bill Berger practices both employment and labor law. His practice emphasizes the representation of management and employers in labor and employment law matters, including in both areas of preventive counseling and litigation. Bill represents clients before federal and state courts, administrative agencies and in arbitration. He counsels clients on issues relating to wrongful discharge, equal employment opportunity, disability and religious accommodation, trade secret and non-compete, wage-hour compliance and employment and separation agreements.
