Adam Hemlock represents clients in criminal and civil antitrust investigations and litigation, including US criminal cartel investigations, as well as follow-on class actions and coordination of international cartel investigations. He also regularly counsels and represents clients in litigation with respect to the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property, pricing and sales practices, joint ventures and competitor collaborations, and other aspects of competition. He is an adjunct professor of law at Columbia Law School.
