Mr. LeJeune represents owners, operators, and purchasers of nuclear power plants in energy transactions, regulatory matters, and new nuclear plant development. He has assisted clients with numerous nuclear power plant acquisitions and joint development agreements including the related construction agreements. He also advises clients on licensing and contract administration issues related to new nuclear development. He regularly represents clients in matters before the NRC, FERC, and DOE.
