Head of OTB Eveling’s employment team with a strategic advisory offering supporting employers with high risk / high benefit situations and organisational projects including outsourcing, staff transfers, transactional employment support, TUPE advice and litigation.
Areas of work include advising employers on legal and strategic considerations in respect of regulatory employment matters including employment and worker status, working time, holiday pay, data protection and national minimum wage; risk management in workforce reorganisation or transformation; change projects including restructuring, collective redundancies and changes to terms and conditions of employment; board level and senior management restructuring; employment considerations in business recovery or insolvency situations; industrial relations and defending employment litigation.
Trained Reed Smith; qualified 2002; Foot Anstey between 2007 and 2017 and “Head of Employment” since 2009; Partner since 2010; joined OTB Eveling as Partner 2017.
Attended Exeter College FE; University of Liverpool (BA); Manchester Metropolitan University (CPE); College of Law, Chester (LPC). Interests include travel, family, occasional action sports, the future of society, and own-brew cider making.
