Joe advises start-ups, emerging and seasoned franchisors on structuring franchise systems, registration and disclosure, supply chain issues, and terminating the franchise relationship. He also advises licensors and manufacturers on systems and relationships that do not fall within the purview of state franchise or business opportunity laws and counsels his clients on the management of these systems. He represents private companies in buying or selling businesses and advises on franchise issues in mergers and acquisitions.
