Co-Head of Dispute Resolution Practice. He has acted for clients in common and arbitration courts and in the Supreme Court in, e.g. numerous construction and corporate disputes and in bank-related cases. He specialises in court and arbitration disputes and in corporate law. In addition, his experience covers legal advisory on numerous share purchase transactions, including privatisation deals.
He was an adviser to the Minister of Finance on banking and insurance law (1990-92). Former member of a team of experts at the Ministry of Privatisation. He joined DZP as a Partner in 1999.
Member of the District Chamber of Advocates in Warsaw.
