David Sawyier is a partner in Sidley's Chicago office and a member of the Investment Funds and Derivatives group. He advises and represents clients in investment advisory, hedge fund and futures-related corporate and regulatory matters, including the organization and offering of interests in hedge funds and commodity pools, and investments in advisory and trading firms.
