Marshall C. Stoddard, Jr. is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Finance Practice and chair of Transactional Finance. Mr. Stoddard advises banks and other financial institutions on commercial, banking, and bankruptcy law issues across numerous industries, including technology, media, transportation, industrial, sales, distribution and manufacturing (domestic and international) and agriculture. Relevant transactions include credit documentation, intercreditor issues, secured transactions, insolvency and restructuring matters for a variety of financial institutions. He has authored numerous treatises and articles and has lectured extensively on topics of finance and insolvency law.
