He represents major commercial banks, investment banks, fund advisers, insurance companies and government entities in the United States and Latin America in structuring, financing and investing in structured financial instruments, asset-backed securities and derivatives.
As member of the New York City Bar Committee to Enhance Diversity in the Profession, Carlos participated in drafting its Statement of Diversity Principles.
