Co-head of Skadden's Sports Law practice. All aspects of sports law, including antitrust, intellectual property, labor and a wide range of trial and appellate litigation. Formerly its Chief Legal Officer, now serves the NBA as its chief outside counsel. Has participated in every major legal decision that has affected the NBA in the past 35 years. Has acted as lead litigation counsel in numerous major sports cases and advises the NCAA, NHL, NFL, MLB, PGA Tour, USTA and many other sports organizations.
