Runs a full service employment practice acting for substantial corporate clients, SMEs and owner managed businesses on all aspects of employment work. Helen is well known for providing accessible and effective advice. She enjoys working closely with clients as an extension to the in-house team to cut through the complications of employment and HR legal issues. Experienced in all employment law issues including change management and restructuring,corporate support, TUPE, disputes dismissals, settlement agreements and day to day issues arising during employment (eg disciplinary, performance, bonus and incentive arrangements), competition from ex-employees and team moves (garden leave etc) and all aspects of tribunal work. She also advises senior executives on hire and fire scenarios which gives her a broader understanding of the dynamics of the employment relationship.
