Helmut Johannsen, P.Eng., C.Arb., FCIArb. is Associate Counsel and member of our ADR, Construction and Infrastructure Law groups, and Co-Chair of our International Construction Projects Group. His mixed transactional and dispute resolution practice includes projects up to $10 billion and focuses on all aspects of law related to construction, engineering, procurement and infrastructure, including strategic advice, early risk identification and mitigation, procurement, drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising on insurance and bonding. His practice includes acting as counsel in litigation and arbitration involving construction and infrastructure, and acting as mediator, arbitrator and dispute board member.
