Financial Services Litigation & Regulation:
Exceptional depth and experience in defending broker-dealers, investment advisors, banks, hedge funds, managers and other securities professionals before FINRA and AAA and in connection with enforcement proceedings and investigations brought by the SEC, FDIC, the SROs and state securities commissions.
Extensive experience in government investigations and enforcement actions, including securities investigations conducted by the SEC, DOJ, FINRA and others; healthcare investigations conducted by the DOJ and OIG False Claims Act; and Anti-Kickback, white collar and whistle blower investigations.
