Administrative Law & Public Law:
MELLO PIMENTEL has an advisory and litigation group in administrative and public law. Attorneys have broad experience in bidding procedures and administrative contracts, concession of public services and PPPs, concession of the right of use and sale over public areas, Malfeasance in Office Law, Fiscal Responsibility Law, among other related matters.

The tax group provides creative and practical tax advice to individuals and entrepreneurs, investors, partnerships and corporations on all corporate, partnership, compensation, and federal, state and local tax issues affecting their assets. The firm provides litigation services as well as advisory services on this regard.

Banking & Finance:

Labour Law:
The firm practice focuses on labor law, with emphasis on litigation (judicial and administrative) and preventive advisory services, focusing on permanent support to personal departments of its clients and direct assistance in strategic planning, having litigation prevention and liability reduction as main objective, as well as annulment of issued by supervisory bodies. The labor area still stands out in the advising of companies in demands of Collective Law, involving advice in negotiations between companies and unions, elaboration and revision of Collective Instruments, Profit Sharing and Results Plan and Collective Agreements.

Real Estate Transactions:
