Insurance & Reinsurance:

The firm regularly represents the most important insurance and reinsurance companies in Argentina. The firm is well aware of the impact to an insurance company’s net income of its handling of insurance claims in an efficient and costeffective way. Accordingly, the firm combines the right mix of experience and skills to help its clients minimise losses, whether by assisting them in reducing claims by reaching early settlements or by defending their interests in trials to help them achieve either reasonable settlements or win significant judgments.
