Wolfram Hertel advises international and German companies, international agencies as well as German Federal and State administrations. He focuses on public affairs and finance, infrastructure, planning and environmental law, procurement, international trade, including litigation at administrative courts and the European Court of Justice.
Wolfram Hertel holds degrees from University of Tübingen (Dr. iur.), New York University (LL.M.) and Université Aix-Marseille (maîtrise). He has experience at the World Trade Organization (WTO). Before he co-founded Raue LLP, he was partner at a leading international law firm.
Regularly publishes and speaks on regulation, administrative and constitutional law.
