Career
Wolfgang Höller is a partner at Schoenherr, Vienna, where he specialises in insolvency law, commercial litigation and compliance & white collar crime. He represents Austrian and international corporates and commercial banks in Austria, advising them on all aspects of insolvency law and creditor protection. In addition, Wolfgang advises numerous banks on derivatives transactions with Austrian and Central European counterparties and inter alia is Austrian counsel to ISDA on issues of close-out netting. As part of his practice, Wolfgang advises clients on criminal compliance and criminal defence. He focuses on preventive measures, such as anti-corruption compliance programmes, as well as on advising companies that have suffered damages through the criminal activities of their employees or third persons
