Mr. Reed is a shareholder who concentrates his practice in class action, complex commercial, insurance coverage, banking, antitrust, and healthcare litigation. He has tried more than 125 commercial and tort cases in federal and state courts in 11 states and has handled appeals in Mississippi and four federal circuits.

Mr. Reed is a Fellow of the Mississippi Bar Foundation, the Litigation Counsel of America and the American Bar Foundation. He is a member of the Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit, as well as the International Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, and the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association. Mr. Reed served as a faculty member at the IADC Trial Academy in 2011 and as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Mississippi in 2014.
