Bill Timmons is a former co-chair of Dentons' US Real Estate practice and works on a broad array of real estate matters. He has significant experience in representing lenders in a wide-range of financing transactions across the country, including construction, permanent and revolving credit loans. His practice includes negotiating and closing syndicated secured and unsecured revolving credit and term loans to REITs and other real estate companies, involving credit facilities exceeding $20 billion in the aggregate. He has significant experience in senior/subordinated debt structures, including mezzanine loans, first-loss participations and other senior/subordinated structure debt. His experience also includes the representation of institutions, developers and corporations in the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of properties.
