Over his 40 years of civil litigation practice in federal and state courts throughout the Mountain West, Bill has represented individuals and companies involved in commercial disputes, real estate matters including construction claims, products liability, insurance disputes and environmental matters to name a few. His wide range of cases and experience have allowed him to establish long lasting relationships and friendships with his clients and attorneys from all over the country.
