Most recent textbook “O Espetáculo da Corrupção” (“The Spectacle of Corruption”) published in October.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of São Paulo; LLM from the New York University School of Law; Ph.D. in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo. Researcher (with scholarship) at the Max-Planck Institut für Ausländisches und Internationales Privatsrecht (Haburg, Germany) in 2004-2005, 2007-2008.
