Practice Areas
Vivien is a partner in the residential development team at IBB. She is a specialist in residential and strategic land development. Vivien regularly negotiates documents relating to the medium to long term promotion of land for redevelopment and has extensive experience of negotiating planning agreements for residential and mixed-use schemes, including the provision of affordable housing. She also deals with negotiating other ancillary documents such as highways and other infrastructure agreements, and agreements for the acquisition of rights over neighbouring land suitable for short and long-term future development and regeneration. Vivien regularly advises on schemes with an end value of greater than £200 million.
Career
Vivien qualified in 1984 and worked at Woodham Smith before joining IBB in 1990.
Personal
Vivien achieved her BA in 1981. She is married, has two children and lives in London. Her interests include choral singing and wildlife.
