Head of employment rights (client relations) at Thompsons Solicitors, focusing on Thompsons’ trade union clients. Victoria has substantial experience of dealing with all types of employment claims and is regularly instructed by Thompsons’ trade union clients on industrial action, working time and TUPE cases.

Victoria was a member of the Internal Justice Council of the United Nations from 2012-2016.

She is a member of the Industrial Law Society. Victoria also has an Honorary Doctorate in Law from the University of East Anglia.
