Víctor has been advising on Financial Services Tax for more than 32 years. He advises major financial institutions operating in Spain on tax matters relevant to the financial industry and has also a strong experience advising and implementing crossborder structured finance transactions and M&A.
His specialisation includes tax advisory services for the banking and insurance industry, encompassing various business areas, such as renting, leasing, asset financing, investment services, asset management and financial services in general

Víctor is the Head of the Financial Services Tax Practice at KPMG in Spain. From 2006 to 2018, he has also been a member of the Global Financial Services Tax Steering Committee at KPMG, heading the Global Banking Tax Network
