Trevor is an experienced commercial litigator who handles a wide range of commercial disputes including breaches of contract; partner/shareholder disputes; contentious insolvencies; intellectual property litigation, and professional negligence. He acts for a wide range of commercial clients, from one of the world's largest companies through to companies of any size, and individuals. His cases often involve an international dimension and complex technical issues, and he is well used to obtaining injunctive relief. Recent work includes obtaining worldwide freezing orders against a company's fraudulent Finance Director, claims in negligence against the company's auditors and recoveries of losses sustained in a major Ponzi scheme. Many of his cases are resolved before trial. He is able to facilitate substantial third party litigation funding for suitable cases. Trevor started his career in Zimbabwe as a prosecution advocate, then as a stipendiary magistrate. He is a past president of the Milton Keynes Law Society.
