Tracey Smith

Practice Areas

Tracey is a Partner and Head of the Family & Mediation Team. She advises clients regarding separation and divorce. This is typically for matters where there are complex issues, significant assets, business interests, trust arrangements both UK-based and international, and all types of pensions. Tracey also advises on pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements.

Career

Tracey has practiced as a family lawyer for over 30 years, having trained and worked in London before moving to Bath in 1992.

Tracey spent 21 years at Mowbray Woodward’s and, for the last 10 years, combined her role with that as Managing Partner and Head of the Family Team. She played an instrumental role in the successful merger with national law firm Stone King in 2019. Tracey continues her practice of family law as a Partner and Head of the Family and Mediation Team at Stone King.

Personal

Tracey loves working in Bath and has done so for almost 29 years.

She also loves Greece and their wonderful islands, enjoying city breaks or walking glorious coastal paths here in the UK.
