Tomas Steenmetser

Tomas Steenmetser is experienced in leasing law regarding business premises, purchase law and the general law of obligation relating to property. Tomas is also specialized in bankruptcy law related issues. In February 2015 he represented a very large group of parties leasing real estate to V&D. Tomas drafted the settlement agreement between V&D and almost all of the lessors of V&D Warehouses. Tomas is a trusted advisor of IVBN/ROZ.

Tomas has fulfilled various management positions. Until recently Tomas was secretary of the Vereniging van Huurrecht Advocaten (Leasing Lawyers Association). He publishes regularly. Tomas is a trainer at the OSR, a legal training institute and lectures at the Eggens Instituut at Universiteit van Amsterdam as well.
