Mr. Kreller has advised clients in large, complex transactions and high profile chapter 11 cases in jurisdictions across the country for 25 years, during which time he has established a reputation for courtroom excellence, strategic thinking and creative and pragmatic problem solving.
Mr. Kreller’s significant debtor representations have included: Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Station Casinos, Silver Legacy Resort & Casino, MacGregor Golf, and American Restaurant Group.
His significant creditor representations have included: Wells Fargo senior lender to Revel AC; ad hoc bondholder committees in the restructurings of Nortel Networks Inc., Trump Casino Holdings, Nextel International, and Jackson Products; Cerberus Capital Management in connection with its acquisition of General Motors Acceptance Corp. and its potential acquisition of Delphi Corp.; The Anschutz Corporation and Oaktree Capital Management as acquirors in the Regal Cinemas and Edwards Theatres chapter 11 cases. He has also represented the official creditors committees in the EaglePicher, National Equipment Services, Inc., McLeodUSA, DIVA Systems, Assisted Living Concepts and GST Telecommunications chapter 11 cases.
