Tom formerly led the Antitrust, Competition & Trade Regulation practice in the firm’s Business Litigation practice group. He concentrates on antitrust, dealer termination and unfair competition litigation, including price-fixing class actions, and advising on substantive antitrust, distribution and franchise matters, including compliance by distributors and agents with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. He has spoken and published widely on antitrust, dealership and franchise law and is an editor of books published by the American Bar Association on antitrust and distribution law: Antitrust Law and Economics of Product Distribution (2006) and Antitrust Handbook for Franchise and Distribution Practitioners (2008).
