Practice Areas

Talesha is the Co-Chair of Bernstein Shur’s Labor and Employment Practice Group and provides thoughtful and practical advice and counsel to employers regarding all aspects of employment law, including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) compliance, and Title VII and state human rights claims. She strives to help clients effectively navigate complex workplace laws and craft sensible policies to reduce risk and help avoid costly litigation. Talesha is also a member of Bernstein Shur’s Investigations and Resolutions Practice Group, conducting investigations on behalf of corporate, education, municipal, and nonprofit clients.
