Susan is a Partner in the firm's Dispute Resolution team, specialising in Construction Law. She advises clients on the contentious side of construction projects. Susan advises the education sector, in particular, in relation to building projects.
Susan spends a lot of her time dealing with disputes in conciliation and adjudication which are the most widely used form of dispute resolution for public projects in Ireland.
Susan also has vast experience in construction cases in the High Court and has particular expertise dealing with litigation relating to defective developments. She has been, and is currently involved in several high profile litigation cases relating to defective developments. This includes the litigation relating to structural defects as Spencer Dock in Dublin and Beacon South Quarter in Sandyford.
