Stuart is a Partner and Head of the Housing Litigation team. Stuart has worked in the sector for over 15 years.
Particular areas of focus include ASB, disability, equality and human rights, judicial review, policy and procedure review, welfare reform, tenure reform, disrepair, successions / exchanges and possession against trespassers, rent reviews, service charge statutory consultations, rent and service charge debt recovery, forfeiture and tenancy enforcement. Stuart regularly delivers training to clients. He has experience of sitting as a Board Member at two different Registered Providers.
Stuart has recently been appointed to the Firm’s Executive Committee where he sits with the Managing Partner and CEO. Prior to that Stuart was the Firm’s Training Principal and was recognised at the Law Careers Net ‘Best Training Principal’ at the Annual LCN awards in 2017.
Stuart is a recognised Lawyer in Legal 500.
