Steve maintains a broad environmental practice that ranges from advising companies regarding acquisitions and contracts to handling complex land use and environmental disputes. He also has a national environmental regulatory practice that includes assisting clients involved in CERCLA sites; air, water and waste permitting; brownfields redevelopment; private cost recovery and contribution actions; multi-party remedial actions; and enforcement matters. He has developed ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, RIOS and R2 programs for clients and is particularly active in matters involving the metal, plastic and electronics recycling industries.
Steve previously served as Managing Partner at Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP, which combined with Fox Rothschild in 2018.
