Mr Kupperman has over 42 years of experience representing clients in commercial litigation and arbitration, including securities, class actions, fraud and other complex matters.
Mr Kupperman is a founding Member of Barrasso Usdin Kupperman Freeman & Sarver. He is named among the ‘Best Lawyers in America' and Top 50 among Louisiana's Super Lawyers. He has served on the adjunct faculty at Tulane Law School for more than 30 years, and is a full Professor.
Mr Kupperman serves on the Board of Governors of the International Society of Barristers, and has served on the Board of Directors of the Federal Bar Association and as Counsel to the New Orleans Bar Association Inn of Court. A member of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, he has been an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers, the American Arbitration Association, the National Arbitration Forum, and the New York Stock Exchange.
