Sofía’s practice is focused on the communications, IT and media industries. She provides advice on a broad range of commercial, regulatory and litigation issues to domestic and international clients, including telecom operators, Internet and technology service providers or media companies. She also advises organisations operating in other sectors on the definition and implementation of their digital strategies and digital transformation journeys. She has extensive experience in Internet and e-commerce, privacy and data protection, and advertising and digital marketing.
