Simon Mackintosh, Consultant. His expertise covers capital taxation, succession, trust law and asset protection, both UK and international. An important feature of his work is succession to family businesses. His knowledge of charity law and practice is fundamental to advice to clients on philanthropic issues. Simon works with charities on governance, regulation, formation and mergers, including tax aspects. He was a member of the Scottish Charity Law Review Commission.
